Payments
Payments for online orders are transacted through PayPal.
Orders can also be submitted by US mail or email. Payments can be made by check, written to The Gospel Truth. Once the check has cleared, orders will be shipped.
Sales Tax
There is no sales tax included. All inventory is owned through the church and is not-for-profit.
Returns
Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied, you may return your order within 21 calendar days from the date you received your purchase.
Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, unmarked and in the same condition in which it was received. Defective products will be refunded or exchanged.
Original shipping charges will be deducted from the refund unless the return is a result of a defective product; in which case, the shipping costs will also be refunded to you.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment (check, PayPal, etc.) Please note that, depending on the form of payment tendered, it may take 2-10 business days from the start of the returns process for it to be applied to your account.
Shipping
We recommend you keep your packaging for 21 days after purchase.
Items can be shipped through USPS, UPS, or Fed Ex. We recommend shipping smaller orders of books through the United States Postal Service (media mail).
